EXCHANGE POLICY:

***PLEASE NOTE*** I CANNOT PULL INVENTORY TO GUARENTEE YOUR EXCHANGE UNTIL I RECEIVE YOUR ITEM BACK AND IT IS APPROVED FOR AN EXCHANGE. Unless otherwise stated. *If your item is returned and the item you wanted to swap it out for happends to sell out, you will get shop credit instead, so long as your item meets all requirments listed above.*

RETURN POLICY

ALL Refunds will be in the form of a STORE CREDIT that will be applied to your account. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and a restocking fee of 10%. Returns must be postmarked by 2 business days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 1 business week to process and inspect your return, although in most cases it only takes 2-3 business days, and we can process your return for store credit. PLEASE KEEP RECIPT FOR YOUR RETURN INCASE A RETURN GETS LOST, YOU HAVE PROOF OF SHIPPING IT TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS LISTED HERE. If you DO NOT keep your receipt and a return gets lost in the mail, it will be YOUR responsibility for not keeping proof of shipment. STOREFRONT returns must have an account with us in order to be elidable for a return. Thank you.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at sweetcarolinesco.co@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures, you may be eligible for a replacement, or a refund. We will take care of you!


FINE LINE JEWELRY POLICIES:

Sweet Caroline’s Boutique is adding a luxurious fine line jewelry collection to our online shop! This collection will consist of Exquisite, priceless, one of a kind, antique, vintage jewelry pieces that can only be found here with us! 

Each item is hand selected with love & there are no duplicates of each piece, which makes them so unique & special! 

Our Fine Line collection is made from all precious metals (gold, silver, platinum) and gemstones (diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, rubies, aquamarine etc.) this jewelry will not tarnish, it is 100% authentic & high end. All our rings are one of a kind and vary in size but each piece can be sized by any jeweler! 

Our new fine line jewelry collection can be found on our app & website after our Launch event, but it will NOT be displayed in our storefront for safety and security reasons. POLICIES FOR FINE LINE COLLECTION: 

-Each piece is carefully looked over & secured before it ships out to ensure item is as described and arrives in original condition.

-Gemstone weights on listings may vary slightly, because gemstone weights are determined by measuring stones that are already set in jewelry, they are approximate and not guaranteed.

-Photos have been enlarged to show detail. With regards to colored gemstones, the actual color may vary depending on the resolution and quality of screen you are using as well as your screen and browser settings. We take great care to represent the color of a gem accurately. Several factors come into play such as lighting, mounting of a gem, and light dispersion in photographs of a natural colored gem. Some gemstones will look lighter or darker than in a photograph.

-Item appraisals: If you buy an appraisal it is non refundable. All retail replacement value on appraisals done by my jeweler represent an estimate of the item's approximate retail value and does not constitute an offer or endorsement to buy or sell the item at that price. The actual retail selling price of an item or similar quality items may vary substantially from this estimate.

-REFUNDS: Refunds or exchanges are only available on items that were paid in full with a 1 time payment at full price & that were received “not as described”. —There are no returns on any items that were bought on a sale! — You have 2 days from the delivery date listed on your tracking to return an item, if and only if an item was received not as described. We do not accept a verbal appraisal from a Jeweler. It must be a written appraisal by a Certified Gemologist for consideration of a refund if it is believed an item is not described correctly. We have each piece looked over and inspected by a jeweler before priced and listed, and we do our best to describe each item as it is. Exchanges are only eligible with another fine line Jewlery item, you may NOT exchange your fine line jewelry item with any other boutique or beauty items from Sweet Carolines Co. 

-In addition a 20% restocking fee will apply to any eligible returns, shipping charges are non refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping & you must contact us BEFORE you send back your item to ensure you ship it back properly & securely. Any items shipped back without approval/instructions will be DENIED a refund. 

-Do not solely rely on the picture of an item to determine your purchase. Please read the description as well. All pieces (unless otherwise stated) are used vintage estate and will have normal wear and tear, any major flaws will be stated in the description which it is very rare for us to list an item with a major flaw. All estate pieces are sold “as is” because they are used, and priced accordingly. 

-Sweet Carolines does NOT accept cancelations. 

- Sweet Caroline’s can not be held liable for loss or damage caused during shipment. ****If you want insurance on your packages, it is recommended you purchase the insurance & overnight shipment on our website. (This is also talked about and available to add on during all live shows as well as on the app)****

-Each piece of jewelry in our fine line collection is either artisan hand made, or a rare vintage/estate one of a kind piece. Some pieces may have small inclusions or flaws, and when they do it will be mentioned in the description as well as talked about in the live shows. Normal wear or imperfections are common with vintage artisan pieces and will not be listed in description. It’s part of what makes each piece so unique and beautiful! Our items are NOT mass produced or commercially made like you would see at a big box jewelry stores. You may have to get your new ring sized, all our items are 100% made from precious metals and can be sized by any jeweler. Every piece you get is sure to be one of a kind.  

IMPORTANT: By purchasing a piece of Jewelry from Sweet Caroline’s Co.  “Fine Line Jewelry” Collection you understand that it's a genuine vintage/antique and has been worn and/or is not new.  Most of our listings in this collection are vintage estate pieces and have normal wear including things such as light wear to gemstones (most if not ALL antique diamonds/gems can have small blemishes and sometimes chips, Unless the stone has been newly re-polished). Normal wear as well as shank thinning MAY NOT BE DISCLOSED ON THE LISTING as it is a known fact when buying used vintage estate pieces. If an item has more of a major flaw or inclusion, It WILL be noted in the description. ALL items are looked over by a LEGIT professional Jeweler and carefully inspected & secured before being listed on my website. There is no room for overlooking flaws and we do our absolute best to ensure the best quality control on every piece. I do not disclose normal wear and tear on pieces. On occasion some pieces may be NEW never worn, or new artisan made and if that is the case, it will say so in the item description.

GIFT CARDS: 
-Cash bought gift cards in store are only redeemable in store, not online. 
-Egift cards are redeemable instore or online 
-BEAUTY SERVICE gift cards are NON-Transferable. If a giftcard is for Lashing, Waxing, Teethwhitening, or any other beauty service you can not transfer it to use on merchandise purchases. no exceptions.
